Organizational Purpose (USC’s organizational needs for this position)
- Responsible for daily maintenance of Diageo/USC Metro-NY warehouse and storage facilities
- Organization of all Diageo/USC Metro-NY POS materials
- Responsible for assessing and communicating all incoming POS shipments
- Work with USC Event Team to coordinate necessary POS deliveries and event requests
- Event requests may also include display and/or bar set up and breakdown, venue and/or event photographs, etc…
- Work with Diageo Cluster to coordinate local requests
- Prioritize time to ensure all requests and deliveries are completed in a timely manner and according to deadlines
Management Responsibility (client, distributor, and reporting relationships)
- Reports to MNY Event Manager
- Works with Diageo local Cluster Management and Distributor Management
- Manage expectations to ensure Event Manager/Diageo/Distributor are aware of scheduling/delivery conflicts and issues
Outputs
- Update POS inventory monthly into warehouse grid
- Record Diageo requests into time management log
Position Requirements
- Ability to prioritize time efficiently between jobs and requests
- Reliability and punctuality
- Daily communication with Event Manager
- Dependable vehicle (Van or SUV preferred)
- Clean driving record
